With Platinum, you have the chance to become either a “HOME OWNER” benefitting from a 99 year government registered sub-lease or “A LIFESTYLE CLUB MEMBER” for either 10 or 25 years, depending on your personal preference.
As either a fractional owner or lifestyle member, there are many different amazing options available to you, to enhance both your physical & amp; financial lifestyles which are outlined below.
USAGE
Usage of the weeks begins at 75% payment although a 4 night voucher is issued a gift to enjoy the newly purchased property.
What are benefits of fractional ownership?
1. USE
You can use the fraction to go on fantastic holidays for the next 99 years.
2. GIFT/LEND
You can gift your week/fraction to you friends and family to also enjoy the vacation home at no charges.
3. RENT
The fraction can also be used to make extra cash by renting it to the public at a fee. The charges are not constant, they are dependent on the owner and season of the year. The company does not GUARANTEE RENTAL INCOME, we merely assist the client to gather clients should there be lack of the “HOW” to do it.
4. SAVE THE WEEK
You can save your week should you miss to use your week any particular year and have double weeks the next year. The saved week can be only utilized during off peak season so as not to inconvenience the other owners.
5. WILL
The fraction is an inheritable asset, which means it can be passed down to children or dependents.
6. SELL
Fractions can be sold by the individual should they wish to do so for any reason, either by the owner or by the company but at a commission and under mutual agreement by both parties.

You can book your trip up to 2 years in advance. Take advantage of your time and book early, especially if you’re looking for a resort vacation during highly sought-after dates or destinations.
